Join us for the Funky Fish Fry on Sunday, May 20th from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Listen to some funky music, hang out with friends, eat some good ole fried catfish and have a cold one. Plus, there will be fun stuff for the kids to do: cornhole, face painting, moon bounce and amazing prizes to win. Nothing better on a great spring afternoon!

The FIXINS: The good folks from Yellow Bicycle Catering Co. will be cooking up their best fried catfish, hushpuppies, and coleslaw. (And don't worry land lovers and vegetarians, we'll have additional food options for purchase as well)

WHO WE HELPIN’?
All proceeds from the Funky Fish Fry will benefit the Autism Society of Alabama and Mitchell’s Place. Both organizations are involved with the betterment of Alabama families with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The Autism Society of Alabama is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving services for as many as 50,000 individuals affected by autism in Alabama through education and advocacy. ASA educates different groups in different ways....community presentations to civic groups, lectures to professional groups, conferences and seminars to parents, as well as, teachers and other professionals who work with individuals with autism. ASA supports families and parents by offering information and referral, support groups (opportunities to network with others) and family weekend camps. ASA also supports the families and individuals affected by advocating for their needs on a state level. Mitchell’s Place Junior Council is a group of young professionals in their 20's and 30's whose goal is to help provide support, assistance, and increased awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorder to the Birmingham, AL community by helping raise funds to support Mitchell's Place and their ongoing quest to enable the individual with autism to reach his or her fullest potential.
